How To Wear

Putting it on

Roll the sleeve rather than pulling it. Start at the narrow end, work it up in stages, then smooth out any folds. A fold that sits under pressure is what causes a hot spot later.

When to wear it

On the days you are on your feet, during activity, or in the first hours after waking if that is when stiffness is worst for you. Support is not a cure — it is something that makes the day easier to get through.

The first week

Two to four hours a day is a reasonable start. Build from there. It should feel firm and even, never pinching in one spot.

When to stop and check

Numbness, tingling, or a change in skin colour means the size is wrong. Take it off and size up. If pain is new, sharp, or not improving, that is a conversation for a clinician, not a sleeve.
