Wear the custom-fit orthotic insoles two to four hours a day while your foot gets used to the pressure. It should feel firm and even, never pinching.
Most people stretch it to half a day. This is usually when the first hours out of bed stop being the worst part of the morning.

How do I choose my size?
Measure around the widest part of your foot, from heel to toe and match it to the chart on this page. Between two sizes, take the larger one — compression that is too tight stops being comfortable after an hour.
Can I wear it all day?
Build up to it. Two to four hours a day in the first week, then longer as it starts to feel like nothing. Numbness, tingling or a change in skin colour means the size is too small.
Does it fit inside a shoe?
It is cut thin enough for most trainers and work shoes. Very narrow dress shoes are the exception.
How do I wash it?
Cold water, mild soap, air dry. No dryer and no fabric softener — heat and softener both break down the elastic fibres that do the work.
What if it does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery. Write to us and we will sort out a return or an exchange.
