Pressure where the arch gives out
How it works

Pressure where the arch gives out

Plantar fascia pain is rarely about the spot that hurts. It is about a band of tissue under the foot that has stopped absorbing load the way it should, so every step lands harder than it used to.

The sleeve puts graduated pressure across the arch and heel, so the load spreads instead of concentrating on one point. That is why the difference is usually clearest in the first steps of the morning.

Thin enough to forget, firm enough to notice
Build

Thin enough to forget, firm enough to notice

Knitted in a single piece with no seam under the arch, because a seam under pressure is what turns into a hot spot by lunchtime.

It goes on like a sock and stays under a normal shoe, which is the only way a support actually gets worn on the days it matters.

Two directions of support
Straps

Two directions of support

The cross straps add a second line of tension across the midfoot, on top of the compression from the knit. Together they limit the sideways give that makes the arch collapse under load.

The details that matter

SupportGraduated compression across arch and heel, plus cross straps at the midfoot.
FabricBreathable elastic knit, seamless under the arch.
FitOpen heel and open toe. Sizes S to 3XL.
WearBarefoot, with socks, or inside a shoe.

What the first 30 days look like

Days 1–3

Wear the plantar fasciitis compression foot sleeve two to four hours a day while your foot gets used to the pressure. It should feel firm and even, never pinching.

Week 2

Most people stretch it to half a day. This is usually when the first hours out of bed stop being the worst part of the morning.

Week 4

By now it is part of the routine rather than something you think about. Keep a second one clean so there is never a day without.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before they order.

How do I choose my size?

Measure around the widest part of your foot, just below the toes and match it to the chart on this page. Between two sizes, take the larger one — compression that is too tight stops being comfortable after an hour.

Can I wear it all day?

Build up to it. Two to four hours a day in the first week, then longer as it starts to feel like nothing. Numbness, tingling or a change in skin colour means the size is too small.

Does it fit inside a shoe?

It is cut thin enough for most trainers and work shoes. Very narrow dress shoes are the exception.

How do I wash it?

Cold water, mild soap, air dry. No dryer and no fabric softener — heat and softener both break down the elastic fibres that do the work.

What if it does not fit?

You have 30 days from delivery. Write to us and we will sort out a return or an exchange.

How fast does it ship?

Orders leave in one to three business days with tracking. Shipping is $6.99, and free over $30.
