How do I choose my size?
Measure around the widest part of your ankle, around the bone and match it to the chart on this page. Between two sizes, take the larger one — compression that is too tight stops being comfortable after an hour.
Can I wear it all day?
Build up to it. Two to four hours a day in the first week, then longer as it starts to feel like nothing. Numbness, tingling or a change in skin colour means the size is too small.
Does it fit inside a shoe?
It is cut thin enough for most trainers and work shoes. Very narrow dress shoes are the exception.
How do I wash it?
Cold water, mild soap, air dry. No dryer and no fabric softener — heat and softener both break down the elastic fibres that do the work.
What if it does not fit?
