How do I choose my size?
Measure around the widest part of your joint, at its widest point and match it to the chart on this page. Between two sizes, take the larger one — compression that is too tight stops being comfortable after an hour.
Can I wear it all day?
Build up to it. Two to four hours a day in the first week, then longer as it starts to feel like nothing. Numbness, tingling or a change in skin colour means the size is too small.
Does it fit inside a shoe?
It is cut thin enough for most trainers and work shoes. Very narrow dress shoes are the exception.
How do I wash it?
Cold water, mild soap, air dry. No dryer and no fabric softener — heat and softener both break down the elastic fibres that do the work.
What if it does not fit?
